The Leader’s Journey, our flagship leadership program, takes your team on a monthly leadership trek to become aligned, aware, competent, and effective leaders who build high-performance teams. The Leader’s Journey has three parts:
- Self-leadership – awareness about your style, strengths, motivations and value-add to the team
- Commitment and competence – building and honing core leadership competencies
- Execution and Performance – practical application and experiential, project-based learning
