The Leader’s Journey, our flagship leadership program, takes your team on a monthly leadership trek to become aligned, aware, competent, and effective leaders who build high-performance teams. The Leader’s Journey has three parts:

  1. Self-leadership – awareness about your style, strengths, motivations and value-add to the team
  2. Commitment and competence – building and honing core leadership competencies
  3. Execution and Performance – practical application and experiential, project-based learning

Audience

Suitable for experienced and emerging leaders and for existing leadership teams, new (or newly merged) leadership teams.
