Strategic. Achievement. Humourous.

I am passionate about developing leadership potential in all those that aspire to greatness. I can instill confidence in others through my belief in their possibilities and strengths. I am a caring communicator who will listen and hear. I can win over the toughest critic. I am a skillful negotiator and builder of trust.  I am a woman who has the courage to speak out and challenge thinking, and I am humble enough to admit when I am wrong.

I relate to clients because I, too, have aspirations and seek to understand those of my clients. I have experienced both lack of vision and clarity of vision. I have lived with ambiguity, change and transition and learned plenty. I have celebrated successes and lived through failures. I have experienced loss and have experienced true joy. I have lived with insecurities and challenged my thinking. I have been hopeless and have been given hope. I can connect with people through their joys and accomplishments, and in their toughest opportunities.

Why Coaching?

The part of my human resources roles that I enjoyed the most was to support and challenge leaders to be effective and influential. Transitioning to coaching and consulting has enabled me to work with leaders on a greater scale.
