Diane Down, ACC, CLC
Insight. Collaboration. Truthful.
Organizational and personal sustainability is all about adaptability and resilience in the midst of change. Change is the constant¬–adapting is optional. Equipping and unleashing folks to discover, explore, and move into their purpose fires me up. I’ve frequently found really successful people don’t believe they need a coach, but success is a lousy teacher since we often fail to engage in the reflective analysis that got us there. And then when change hits–and it will–we are lacking the tools required for adaptability. I love to come alongside individuals and teams and unearth blind spots through powerful questions, and help leaders move to new levels of capacity to lead themselves and others through change¬–whether it’s change they’ve created, or change to which they must adapt.
Leadership development had been my passion for 20 years, but exposure to coaching profoundly shifted my paradigm for building capacity in others.
