How to maximize quiet influence and lead powerfully.
What do Bill Gates, J.K Rowling, David Letterman, Martin Luther King Jr., Christina Aguilera, Abraham Lincoln, and Stephen Spielberg have in common? They are (self-identified) introverts who lead – leaders who learned to put their quiet influence to work. Introverted leaders are everywhere. What they have in common is that their powerful approach to influencing draws upon what comes quite naturally to them – engaged listening, quiet reflection, preparation, focused conversation, and the written word. Often misunderstood in a world which favours extroverts, this workshop is about how to maximize your efficacy as a quiet leader, or better appreciate the more introverted members of your team.
This workshop is suitable for introverted leaders looking to maximize their strengths and for and extroverted leaders who would like to understand how to lead the introverts on their team. (We’ll moderate the extroverts ?)
